Neuro-ophthalmic disease is one of the great masqueraders in Ophthalmology. It can mimmick what appears to be glaucoma damage, but harbour something potentially more sinister. Even more threatening is the patient with both glaucoma and neuro-ophthalmological diseases. This lecture is fundamental to way patients on a daily basis need to be assessed.
