Controlling Entry and Exit Points in Your Service

This lecture addresses fundamental issues for patient management.  Patients are referred to your practice, but what happens from there is under your control.  How do you ensure they are delivered the best possible care and not "lost in the system"?  The structure for an ideal practice pattern whether private or public is presented in detail addressing new and review patients, investigations, treatment with laser and surgery, transferring patients to other specialist colleagues.  The ultimate goal being to ensure care is not compromised due to a systems failure.
